Alleged ‘Time Traveler’ Passes Polygraph
Back from the future or just backward?
James Oliver believes he is a time traveler who is stuck in the year 2018 because of a time machine malfunction. Despite his Birmingham accent, he tried to convince paranormal experts he was from the year 6491 and is friends with aliens on the planet he resides on, which apparently is much further from the sun than Earth. He spoke of things from the future like “fights coming between humans and aliens.” He went on to say that there is a United Nations-style system of planetary leaders to ensure peace,” and that global warming is only going to continue to get worse causing Earth to get hotter….but nobody needs to be from space to know that one.
What’s even crazier than him saying all of this? The fact that he passed the paranormal experts’ line of questioning and lie detector test! Now, many critics claim that a lie detector test isn’t necessarily indicative of facts but more so bodily response to the questions. Meaning, if this guy believes what he’s saying and/or has no outlier response to questioning the test will reveal he is “telling the truth” even if there is no truth to the year 6491 yet…
At this point, nothing would surprise me. In fact, I’m sure plenty of people are willing to hop in that time machine when it’s back up and running and see for themselves. What do you think? Back from the future or just backward?
