When it comes to working in customer service, we’ve had our fair share of rude encounters.
Leave it to the crew to stir up another juicy topic. In today’s 60 Second Chit Chat, we called coffee shops in New York City and asked them to hold for us. This got us wanting to talk about different people’s experiences with mean customers. There’s no preparing for getting your feelings hurt but these callers were good sports and dealt with it. @themrlshow I have been yelled at for IDing people NUMEROUS times! Once in a Casino for someone who looked really young. Another by a man who didn't even have his ID! Just to name a few. It happens to me literally once a week.
