World’s Most Romantic Names Revealed
Some names are just more romantic than others and new research tells us which ones those are. Lovehoney, a retailer that sells erotic gifts, lingerie and sex toys, poured through 100 bestselling erotic fiction books and 120 of the most successful romantic movies to determine the most romantic character names.
Their rankings reveal that the top names aren’t as erotic as you may expect, instead, they’re the kind of names you hear every day. Topping the list for women is Mary, thanks to movies like “There’s Something About Mary,” “About Time,” and “Ammonite.” For the fellas, Jack has been named the most romantic, with nine romantic leads having the name, including Jack Twist in “Brokeback Mountain” and Jack Dawson in “Titanic.”
