Everything That Changed On The Eras Tour Setlist Post Tortured Poets Department
Taylor Swift is just moments away from taking the stage for her first Eras Tour show post The Tortured Poets Department release. And I’m expecting pure chaos!
So stay tuned for instant updates on all things Eras Tour Paris as I livestream the show from my phone! If you want to live stream for yourself the X account @ErasTourLive has links to accounts on multiple platforms that are live currently.
The Eras Tour Paris Night One
Lover Set
First things first in the intro that plays as Taylor is coming on stage they added “The Tortured Poets Department“.
Taylor takes the stage in a new orange bodysuit for the Lover set. She added a new matching jacket for “The Man”.
“The Archer” has been cut from the setlist.
Fearless Set
The new Fearless outfit is gold with black and black boots.
RED Set
Yes, you read that correctly. RED. Instead of going into the Evermore set following Fearless we have entered the RED era.
There is a new shirt for 22 that reads “This is not Taylor’s Version”.
Taylor confirms there will be “fun surprises” tonight.
Speak Now
Speak Now has moved to after RED instead of before, the intro is seemingly longer than previously and she is wearing a new dress.
No “Long Live”. The track wasn’t originally on the setlist but was added post Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) release. It is the second song to be cut presumably to make room for TTPD.
Reputation Set
Previously following Evermore, Reputation now falls after Speak Now. This is also the first Era to not have a new costume, the only one that has remained the exact same throughout the tour.
Folklore/Evermore Set
After a new transition following Reputation that seemed to be hinting at Evermore, the Folklore cabin is on stage and Taylor started this set with “Cardigan” typically the last Folklore song performed.
She is in a new yellow dress. And I’m wondering if the two Eras are combined at this point. (Update they are) Taylor calls them sister albums while introducing “Champagne Problems”. The sisters are reunited she says.
- “Cardigan”
- “Betty”
- “Champagne Problems”
- “August”
- “Illicit Affairs bridge”
- “My Tears Richocet”
- Marjorie
- Willow
1989 Set
With another new transition, we are headed into 1989 from Folklore/Evermore. Taylor takes the stage in another new outfit this time not monochromatic and resembling the promo photo outfit from the 1989 Tour without the jacket.

The Tortured Poets Department Set
Here we go. The Tortured Poets Department follows 1989. Taylor is wearing an outfit similar to her Grammy ensemble where she announced the project. Complete with the clock necklace.
“But Daddy I Love Him” is one of my favorite tracks so I was thrilled that she added this one! She presumably confirms the last verse is about Travis, going into a brief section of “So High School” a song we know is about her current love.
Taylor glides across the stage on a new set piece during “Who’s Afraid Of Little Old Me”. Mandy Moore worked a number with the choreography for this new Era. I’m loving it all.
“Down Bad” was made to be performed live. “I Can Do It With A Broken Heart” may be the best live performance of this tour.
- “But Daddy I Love Him”
- “So High School”
- “Who’s Afraid Of Little Old Me”
- “Down Bad/Fortnight”
- “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived”
- “I Can Do It With A Broken Heart”
Surprise Songs
“Paris” was the first surprise song.
“Love of My Life” is the second surprise song.
Midnights Set
So far the Midnights set remains unchanged. She did bring out a new bodysuit though.
