Coffee and donuts have a way of making any moment feel like a special occasion, turning the mundane into something to look forward to. The ritual of dunking a donut into coffee before taking a bite adds an interactive element that enhances the overall experience, making it not just about eating and drinking, but about savoring a moment.
When will we get the Krispy Kreme X McDonald’s Collaboration?
They announced plans to add three types of doughnuts to menus at Mickey D’s later this year – original glazed, chocolate iced with sprinkles and chocolate iced kreme filled. They’ll be available to buy individually or in six packs, starting at breakfast and continuing until they sell out every day. It’ll reportedly take around two and a half years to bring them to all 13,500-plus McDonald’s locations across the country, but they’ll be there by the end of 2026.
The partnership between the two chains started about a year and a half ago, when McDonald’s started selling the doughnuts at nine restaurants in Kentucky as a test. Things went well and the pilot was expanded to 160 restaurants, which will keep selling Krispy Kreme doughnuts during the nationwide rollout.
