You Can Add Starbucks To Your Drive Up Target Order In North Carolina
This is some of the best news I’ve heard all day. I love Target. I love getting a Starbucks drink and browsing the aisles and letting Target tell me what I need. But my wallet doesn’t love it. And somehow a trip to get one or two things will rarely end for less than $75 or $100. So when I just need one or two quick things I have recently started opting for the drive-up option. That way I get what I want, and don’t leave with other things I don’t. (Self-control is not my best quality). Plus if you’ve ever tried to find a parking place in the Metropolitan Target deck? You’d sacrifice the Starbucks do drive up too!
But the one thing I haven’t been able to get while doing my drive-up order? That Starbucks fix. But now getting what you need from Target and grabbing your daily latte has become more accessible. This week, Target Corporation announced that you can add items from the Starbucks menu and deliver them when you shop with the Drive-Up service. The decision to add Starbucks to the service was based on the success of a pilot program—a test run. Target’s new Drive Up addition should be in all Target stores with a Starbucks cafe by the end of October.
Yes, please! While there wasn’t much good to come out of Covid the one thing I do love is mobile ordering and curbside pickup. And this now gives Starbucks the first, to my knowledge, way to get that curbside service. You can bet I’ll be giving this a try. And October is right in time for those Pumpkin Spice Lattes. Yes, I’m basic but when they are good they are good! Fall can’t come soon enough!
