In a call-back to the days of “Key and Peele’s East/West Bowl” team position announcements, it’s time to look at the best names in college football for 2023. This is an annual product that comes out of 24/7 Sports and is always entertaining. UNCC player Panda Askew made this list this year! The 6-3 291 pound offensive lineman is from Greenville, North Carolina. His real name is Jaden. He took the nickname Panda years ago after baseball player Panda Sandavol. Baseball is Panda’s second love. If he was a wide receiver and fast we could’ve called him “Panda Express!”

College football is back! If you are a football fan or live with one, then you know that this past weekend college football made its return. We got to see some big games, big plays, and even some fresh new uniforms. The teams took over this past weekend, but it is not just the game action we’re talking about. Some teams were debuting their new uniforms or the traditional clean looks we know and love.

Although it is not about fashion, of course, I had to make it about it just a bit. I enjoy seeing teams’ uniforms and their matchups of pants, jerseys, shoes, helmets, etc. Athlon Sports created a list just for me to share with you.
