Learn How to Be the Master of Cajun Cuisine
TJ knows how much cooking can really stress a person out. Whether you enjoy cooking or never got the chance to learn family recipes, you can become a great cook. It’s all about finding the recipes that work best for you and learning to fen for yourself. TJ, from the Ace & TJ Show, is showing us some great recipes that any new or seasoned chef can master.
This week, we’re working on some cool, cajun cuisine. Do you know a great recipe for cheesy crawfish dip? Yeah, you read that right! Well, TJ has got you covered with a great dip recipe. Check out the ingredients you will need and follow along with TJ for this recipe. It’s all about learning how to “Fend for Yourselves.”
What You’ll Need
- 1 pound crawfish tails thawed, rinsed, & roughly chopped (details and substitution notes at the end)
- 2 tablespoons of diced jalapeños from a jar
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese softened and cubed
- 8 oz. Sour Cream
- 8 oz. Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- 3 green onions (scallions) chopped
- Creole seasoning to taste
- Thick cut tortilla chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
