YouTuber Buys Out North Carolina Neighborhood For His Family, Friends, & Employees

A popular YouTube and social media influencer has been trending a lot lately. Jimmy Donaldson, also known as Mr. Beast, has been trending all over social media in the last few days. For starters, Mr. Beast's birthday is coming up and for his birthday he will be giving away money to some lucky followers. In his recent post, for his birthday month, he will be giving away $10,000 each to five of his followers. Many have been reposting and entering for their chance to win an extra $10,000. I'm sure you have seen his post.

But, he is also trending for purchasing a North Carolina neighborhood for some of the people closest to him. That's right, he recently purchased a neighborhood in North Carolina for his family, friends, and employees to live in. He currently resides in North Carolina in a roughly $300,000 home and bought up the surrounding homes. The New York Post reports that the influencer is buying up surroundings homes near his so that his family and employees can be close by. A few residents have already given up their homes to him while others are still holding out just a bit longer for different reasons.
