This South Carolina City Is the Safest in the State
Is it good to know the safest city in each state? Maybe it’s also great to know the most dangerous cities as well. It’s crazy to think that you have to consider those things when moving somewhere, but it is the honest truth. You want to be sure that you are in a safe environment overall. Whether that is for yourself, your kids, or everyone in between.
South Carolina’s Safest City Is…
I have lived in quite a few different areas in the last few years. Honestly, I have moved about 5 times to 5 different cities in the last 5 years. I know, sounds crazy, doesn’t it? But, one thing I always did before moving was look up crime rates and subdivisions before moving. I needed to know I would be comfortable in my own home but also my parents would be okay knowing I was solo. Safety is very important and trying to figure that out while moving can be a big deal. Safe Wise knows how important safety plays a role in what we decide when it comes to living arrangements. So, they are naming the safest cities in every state. You may or may not believe what city they are naming as the safest in South Carolina. Close by one of my former areas of residence, Fort Mill is the safest city in South Carolina. I can totally agree and believe that they got this award.
Fort Mill is such a great area for food, living, and more. It’s like there is plenty to do without it feeling too much like a huge city. But, another benefit is that you are still pretty close to city life if you wanted it. Fort Mill’s population is over 26,000 people. Fort Mill’s crime rates are also pretty low compared to most cities in the state. I can totally agree that Fort Mill is one of those places I would not mind calling home again. Check out the full list here to see their crime rate and what other cities are safe across the country. You may or may not agree with the list but it’s great to learn the information.
