American Singles Are Having A Tougher Time Dating Than Pre-Pandemic
Most American singles are having a tough time dating and the pandemic is to thank.
A survey from the Pew Research Center found seven out of ten American singles say their dating lives are not going well. The data also showed that 63-percent of those who are “single and looking” say dating got much more difficult during the coronavirus pandemic.
Here’s an interesting shift in thinking; most say that making significantly more money OR less money isn’t a roadblock to a serious relationship.
This comes as about 32-percent of Americans who are active on the dating market are looking for a committed relationship and 16-percent are looking for a more casual situation.
