Plane Crashes Into Railroad Track And Train Plows Into It
A small plane crashed at a railroad crossing and was slammed into by a Metrolink train near Whiteman Airport in the Los Angeles area.
Luckily, the single engine Cessna went down close to a police station. NBC News is reporting that LAPD officers pulled the pilot from the wreckage just six seconds before the collision, which happened yesterday afternoon.
The pilot suffered minor injuries and was treated at a hospital. His plane suffered an engine failure shortly after takeoff. There are no reports of anyone on the train getting hurt.

Police show up and rush to pull him out because there’s an Amtrak train barreling down the track. They get him out and about three seconds later the train obliterates the plane as it smashes through it blowing by. pic.twitter.com/cUZ4sM3FcC
