Detroit Gets Its First Selfie Museum
The Selfie Museum of Detroit is opening its doors on Saturday.
According to Click On Detroit, City residents Kelli Cooke and her 14-year-old daughter Jordyn Watson say they hope the museum is fun and has good vibes for visitors. The museum features 20 interactive art installations that people can use as a backdrop to take selfies.
The installations include a ball pit, a slide, and a payphone. Reservations are required. When I was in New York City I went to a similar museum. It was a traveling one, and my favorite part included the massive adult ball pit. That nostalgia is worth every penny.
