States With The Worst Bullying Problems
Tomorrow is National Stop Bullying Day, and sadly, whether it’s in-person bullying, or cyberbullying, bullying is still a big problem, and in some places, not enough is being done to stop it. Well, now a new report reveals which states still have a lot of work to do.
WalletHub just came out with a list revealing the states with the Biggest Bullying Problems. They looked at the prevalence and prevention of bullying in 47 states and the District of Columbia. They judged states on 20 key metrics in areas of bullying prevalence, impact and treatment, and anti-bullying laws. They came to the conclusion that California is the state with the biggest bullying problems, scoring a 66.28 and landing on top for bullying prevalence and at three for impact and treatment.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, Massachusetts is the state with the least bullying problems, scoring just a 26.43 and landing at 47 for bullying prevalence, and 45 for anti-bullying laws.
