Owner Of Tiger That Freaked Out Houston Neighborhood Is Arrested
A tiger-napper is under arrest and the tiger is missing in Houston.
Police say 26-year-old Victor Hugo Cuevas fled from police with a tiger that was seen in a front yard. He reportedly loaded the cat into a Jeep Cherokee and eluded police who chased him.
Yesterday, officers arrested Cuevas at his parents’ home. Cuevas is charged with felony evading arrest, and for violating his bond on a 2017 murder charge. Police say they don’t know where the tiger is.
No one knows for sure who owns the tiger.
