First things first, she’s okay.
But for 30 horrifying seconds, a toddler was whipped into the sky by a kite. At the Hsinchu Kite Festival in Taiwan, a three-year-old child was whipped into the sky by a kite after getting entangled and taken away by the wind. A large crowd helped rescue the child.
