I take you back to 2015. I was fairly new to Charlotte, and the old radio show on Kiss 951 I was part of had just broken up. I was staying Charlotte and we started to put together a new morning show. In the meantime, I was doing some in-game hosting for the Hornets. It was then that I met my childhood idle.
The Hornets had just won a game in overtime. The vibe in the hive was jumping. I was leaving the arena and got onto the employee elevator. There was like 10 people on there… One of them was owner Michael Jordan! They all got off except for MJ. That’s when my once in a lifetime moment happened.
