Recipe : LauRen’s No Bake Banana Cream Pie
If you are looking for ways to fill your days while at home, cooking is a great past time. Last week I pulled out an old recipe that my family loves. No-bake Banana Cream Pie!
It’s quick and easy, so next time you run to the store to “stock up” on supplies grab these items and surprise your family with something sweet. Here’s what you will need:
Ingredients:
- Store-bought graham cracker crust
- Package of banana cream instant pudding
- 1 cup of whole milk
- 4 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2-3 large bananas, sliced
Directions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together banana pudding mix and milk until combined and smooth and set aside to set.
Then beat room temp. cream cheese until fluffy in a separate bowl, then mix in condensed milk.
Add cream cheese mixture to frozen whipped topping until fully incorporated.
Take sliced bananas and place them in an even layer, to the bottom of the pie crust.
Pour banana pudding onto the bananas and pie crust, spreading evenly.
Finally, add the whipped topping, spread evenly and top with Nilla Wafer and bananas if desired.
Place in refrigerator to set and serve.
