Watch as Charlotte Area Man Gets Run Over By A Deer In McDonald’s Parking Lot
Of all the things you might be worried about when leaving a McDonald’s, getting run over by a deer is low on the list. However, that’s what happened to a North Carolina man last week.
Surveillance video outside of a Locust McDonald’s showed Ken Worthy coming out of the restaurant and from out of nowhere, a deer runs him over. “It was just a bit of brown, and then I saw his face, I was down on the ground — that quick,” he said.
Worthy said he wasn’t hurt and he’s grateful the deer hit him rather than his wife or a child walking through the parking lot. They looked for the deer but it ran off. They ended up asking McDonald’s for the security footage and posted the video on social media. It’s since gone viral, check it out!
