A Beginner’s Charlotte Holiday Bucket List

Even though this is technically my third Christmas in Charlotte, I haven’t exactly had normal Christmases the past two years. My first Christmas in Charlotte I traveled to Thailand for two weeks so I was actually gone on Christmas Day. Last year on December 23rd I ended up breaking my foot that caused me to spend Christmas alone on my couch because I couldn’t move! Long story…
ANYWAYS! This Holiday season I want to do all the Holiday things. I’ve come up with a good beginner guide of things to do from now until December 25th and here’s my to-do list.
- See snow/snowboard at Beech Mountain (& get a bloody mary from the top bar)
- Drive around the NASCAR Speedway & see their light show
- Go ice skating at the Whitewater Center & walk their light show
- GO TO CHRISTMAS TOWN USA! McAdenville
- Cut down my own Christmas tree
- Take my dog to see Santa Paws (don’t judge me)
