As we previously reported, Jacquees took to social media on Monday (Nov. 4) to announce that his sophomore studio album King of R&B is dropping on Friday (Nov. 8).

An album with that title could possibly assert high expectations amongst fans and consumers. It could also spark major criticism.

However, Jacquees’ previous proclamation where he asserted himself as the “King of R&B” sent R&B fans into a frenzy already.
