Video: This Man’s Halloween Decorations Have Made His “HOA” Upset

This is just one of the many problems when it comes to “HOA’s”. They get offended for every little thing. I get if your yard is a mess and does not look presentable in a nice neighborhood, but this is crazy. A man in Georgia has a decoration of a pumpkin man scarecrow with his pants down to make it seem like he is mooning onlookers. Yeah, that’s the issue they have with the decoration. It seems their issue with it, is because of the kids in the hood.
That’s great, so blood and scary costumes aren’t an issue but a pumpkin man is?
