Easy To Make Tuna Bowl With LauRen
Friday night I posted a photo of my dinner on Instagram. Seemed simple enough, but I received so many messages about my homemade Tuna Poke Bowl I’ve decided to share the recipe with you!
This recipe is so easy! Pick up a couple of tuna steaks from your local grocery store and grab a bowl to marinate them in. Combine soy sauce, Soyiaki (from Trader Joes), a scoop of red pepper flakes or sriracha, and a dash of wasabi in a bowl and mix.
Use half of the sauce to marinate the tuna for 2 hours in the refrigerator and save the other half for the finished product.
Cut up a cucumber and set aside.
Microwave 90-second brown rice.
Throw tuna on the grill for 90 seconds a side. (We like them really rare, but you can leave on longer to your liking)
Cut tuna into cubes, layer brown rice, tuna, cucumber, pickled ginger, sesame seeds and top with leftover sauce.
