The lawsuit against Miley Cyrus and company has been dismissed.
About three months back, a rapper by the name of Yella The Triple Threat, sued Miley, Wiz, Mike Will Made It and Juicy J for stealing her song, “J’s On My Feet,” which she released in 2012, about a year before “23”.
If you don’t remember what song I’m referring to see below.
According to The Blast, she initially asked for injunction and damages, then came to an agreement with Juicy J, which inevitably led to a dismissal to the whole thing.
I honestly forgot about this song until now, but I’m actually glad it has been reintroduced into my life because it’s a banger (pun intended).
