Shocking Thing Women Do Before Interviews
We all have things we like to do before an interview to make sure we’re prepared, but there’s one thing in particular that lots of women do, and it may shock you.
Some people like to freshen up on practice interview questions, research the company, eat a large breakfast, take deep breaths, and the list can go on and on. However, there’s something that plenty of women do that might be a shocker to you.
They take their wedding rings off.
Yep, that’s right. A new survey fouth that 29% of married women take their ring off prior to going into a job interview. Women that do this fear that they will suffer from discrimination because of their marital status. The survey also revealed that 59% of employers believe that women should disclose if she is pregnant or not during an interview. Wow! Talk about invasion of privacy.
