New Taco Bells To Ditch Drive Thrus And Serve Booze
Taco Bell is the go to place for hungover food, and now you can arrive sober and leave drunk. Yes, Taco Bell is set to begin serving alcoholic beverages!
Taco Bell announced plans to open 300 new locations over the next few years. These Taco Bells will be much different than the ones you’ve come to know. Sadly they will be ditching the drive-thru windows, but they will be serving alcohol so it’s worth the pull up window loss. These will be cantina-style stores, with open kitchens, digital menu boards, and displays of local art. The cantina locations serve beer, wine, sangria, and Twisted Freezes – slushy drinks that you can add vodka, rum, or tequila to. They’ll also have more “shareable” food items, like nachos and chicken fingers. The new locations will be popping up in big cities like Detroit, Pittsburgh, Nashville, and New York. I hope Charlotte makes the list!
