Camila Cabello’s New Song Has Major “Genie In A Bottle” Vibe
We are all loving Camila Cabello’s new song Crying In The Club, but today we learned something new about the song which makes it 10x better!
This song is everybody’s break up anthem this summer but it wasn’t until we were listening to this song today that we noticed ourselves singing different lyrics at a certain part. That’s when it hit us… this song has MAJOR 90s vibes! After googling it, it was confirmed. Sia helped write this song (which is probably why it also gives us Sia vibes) and it DOES indeed sample Christina Aguilera’s 90s hit “Genie In A Bottle.” A lot of artists sample other artist’s songs.. and this one worked in her favorite!
We are jammin to it.. plus, it gives you an excuse to listen to a throw back Christina song too!
