Himalayan Salt Ingredients Contain Toxins
Since the food shortages, we’ve become more curious as to how animals are treated before we eat them. I wanted to simply talk about how toxic Himalayan Salt can be. It has health benefits, but some of the ingredients in Himalayan Salt are known to be harmful. The bad list of ingredients contains mercury, arsenic, lead, and thallium. Our favorite Himalayan Salt may even include radioactive elements like radium, uranium, polonium, plutonium, and so much more. As we have weaned off of beef, pork, and chicken for more fish, we’re learning about the high levels of mercury in fish. Mercury seems to be everywhere, but keep in mind that humans should NOT consume mercury.
Back in the day table salt was our favorite, but we became a lover of Sea salt and Himalayan Salt. You might hear medical professionals say that a good alternative to table salt due to its high potassium and magnesium content, but Himalayan Salt is also high in sodium. Experts will illude to Sea salt is purer than table salt or Kosher salt. Sea salt does contain trace minerals and heavy metals absorbed from pollutants in the ocean. If you have high blood pressure please consult your doctor to unveil what’s best for you. I don’t want to throw out my Himalayan Salt, but I might just use Sea salt for a healthier choice. Sea salt and table salt have the same basic nutritional value and contain the same amounts of sodium by weight. When you use any salts, always consume in moderation.
