It's the 18th Annual Festa Italiana Charlotte event happening May 21st from 1 pm to 6 pm at Gateway Village located at 800 West Trade St. It is the only Italian Gourmet Food and Wine Festival featuring the best of Italian Culture. You'll enjoy 15 restaurants and 14 chefs showing off the best of the best. We all will taste plates of food, some wine, art, and music in an outdoor setting. On May 21st the entertainment starts at 1 pm. Italian Antipasti will serve our favorite Italian cuisine. Fresh Brick Oven Pizza baked on-site from 2 pm to 5 pm. Enjoy 4-foot Seafood Risotto by Festa Chefs then at 3:30 pm enjoy Dolce and coffee. There will be Culinary Stations, so no long lines. You can buy your ticket or choose a VIP Reserved Table for 8 or 12 with a bottle of Prosecco included at your table! This year over 600 people will attend the 18th Annual Festa Italiana Charlotte event. FESTA ITALIANA Charlotte is presented by the St Anthony Foundation of Charlotte. They're Charlotte's Major Cultural and Humanitarian Charity Events. There will be a silent auction and item donation opportunities benefiting Nevins Inc. Nevins was established in 1959, providing person-centered care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Mecklenburg County.
