Selena Gomez and her boyfriend Benny Blanco dressed up as Alice and the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland for their first Halloween as a couple. The Wizards Beyond Waverly Place producer and Disney alum looked good as a blonde with a black headband and a blue tulle dress. The record producer and songwriter’s version of The Mad Hatter was inspired by Johnny Depp’s version in the 2010 Tim Burton film.

Married couple Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Justin Mikita dressed up as President Abraham Lincoln and his wife, Mary Todd Lincoln. The Emmy-nominated Modern Family actor, known for his role as Mitchell Pritchett, donned Abe Lincoln’s signature stovepipe hat and beard while Mikita, a lawyer, channeled Mary with a period-inspired dress and a wig of curly hair.

The hosts of Live! with Kelly and Mark, Kelly Ripa and husband Mark Consuelos dressed up as Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga from their music video “Die With A Smile.” They also donned another couple’s costume: Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce from their US Open Date.

Miss Universe 2012 Olivia Culpo and husband San Franciso 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey dressed up as Dorothy and the Tin Man from the Wizard of Oz. Culpo posted the couple’s costumes on her Instagram account. Their dog, Oliver Sprinkles even joined as Toto, comfortably hamming it up for the camera inside Culpo’s brown basket!

Ed Sheeran as an AI Meme of Himself
Ed Sheeran’s costume is based on an AI image of himself as a monkey that went viral. Wearing his AI image likeness as his costume is not just poking fun at himself but also as a statement denouncing the use of AI to replicate someone else as mentioned in this interview.
The Grammy-awards winning British singer even captioned the photo with “Haters will say it’s AI #halloweenbruv#feltcutemightdeletelater” Some fans even commented his costume is one of the best 2024 celebrity Halloween costumes.
Lizzo as Ozempic
Lizzo also went viral this year because of a South Park episode, “The End of Obesity.” In the said episode, the creators poked fun at Lizzo’s weight and weight loss journey. In the same episode, “Lizzo” is mentioned as a cheaper alternative to Ozempic that “Makes you feel good about your weight, and it costs 90% less than Ozempic. In case studies, 70% of patients on Lizzo no longer cared how much they weighed,” per USA Today.
For her Halloween costume this year, the rapper and singer showed she’s undeterred when she wore an Ozempic costume with a measuring tape as a belt. She even posted a video twerking beside an inflatable Eric Cartman while eating pizza!

The resemblance is uncanny! The Little Mermaid star dressed up as Halle Berry’s character Jinx in the James Bond movie Die Another Day wearing the iconic orange swimsuit and the white belt. Fans loved the playful nod, speculating that Halle Bailey might have chosen this look as a clever play on their similar names.

Close friends Kendall Jenner and Hailey Bieber dressed as Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie from their hit reality television series, The Simple Life. Hailey, founder of Rhodes skincare, channeled Richie, while model and media personality Jenner nailed Hilton’s iconic 2000s look. Fans have loved their costumes and “epic” portrayal of the socialites.
