Charlotte New Manufacturing Hub – June 14-16
Douglas International Airport in Charlotte North Carolina attracts global businesses with more, and now there’s more manufacturing going on. IME South, is the largest advanced manufacturing trade show. Upon IM-Engineering’s arrival they headed to the Charlotte Convention Center to prepare for a huge event June 14th through 16th. The first textile Mill in North Carolina was in operation around 1815 by Michael Schenck. The Civil War dramatically affected business and many textile mills were destroyed during the conflict, especially during the last 90 days of the war.
