Make Dessert Charcuterie Boards at Charlotte Breweries This Summer
Once I saw these, my mouth started watering. If you love dessert you will love this. Recently Charlotte’s very own Sweet Spot Studio partnered with local breweries to create a series of summer sweetness.
Starting today, July 8th, the company will host classes where you can learn to make charcuterie boards full of cheese, meats, and even chocolate! Attendees will learn how to express their creativity and design skills with placement practice and dipping techniques when they make their charcuterie boards. If you decide to attend, you will of course get to eat your creation as well. Here is a sneak peek of the goodies you can experience.
