Sampson works for a corporate company in Charlotte but decided to gamble on her baking skills a few years ago. She’s has developed some amazing cheesecakes. Her cakes and treats are for sale on her website. She currently offers traditional flavors like apple, strawberry, cherry, peach, blueberry, berry medley, and Oreo. There are specialty flavors too like Cookie dough, Apple Pie, Funfetti, Fruity Pebble, Red Velvet, Cinnamon roll, peach cobbler, banana pudding, pumpkin, sweet potato, and more. If you can’t decide on just one flavor, you can order “half & half” and choose two flavors.
With the pandemic going on, Sampson has seen an increase in business. Part of that may be because she makes deliveries in Charlotte and in the surrounding area. These aren’t your normal cheesecakes.
