Like always the American Lung Association’s top priority is the public’s health and well-being even before the COVID-19 pandemic. As more and more states grapple with how to slowly reopen, the ALA is seeing an uptick in the spread of misinformation around COVID-19.

COVID-19 is a lung infection, and those with chronic medical conditions are more susceptible to severe symptoms of COVID-19. The American Lung Association has started a COVID-19 Action Initiative to bring together public and private entities to end COVID-19 and prepare for future respiratory pandemics. Are you staying safe? Even if offices open back up everyone is concerned with additional stay at home orders from your Governor.
