Free Yoga Classes
The majority of us are looking for ways to stay active and also stay safe at home, and we’ve done a pretty good job so far, including me. With all the mandatory gym closings, have you found a fitness instructor on YouTube that you like? Some fitness gurus are offering free Zoom classes and Facebook Live situations.
You might even have some gyms in your county or city that offer video classes. The wonderful instructors at Yoga One in Charlotte have a vault of FREE video classes for you to take! Their classes are all done with the backdrop of Uptown Charlotte for 45-minutes with an instructor named Liz. Maybe you need a Sun & Stretch class with Instructor Ian, which is perfect if you want to catch some rays while you center yourself.
