Gifting yourself by decluttering your home should make you feel good. Giving back doesn’t have to be to a stranger. Take your sisters’ kids for a few hours. Offer to have your parents over for a family game night. Go to your grandpa’s favorite restaurant with him. Do you know someone dealing with a family member with Alzheimer’s? Give them a break so they can go to the movies, go to the grocery store, or sit in the park.
