2019 Radio Personality of the Year
The Artists Music Guild presented the 2019 AMG Heritage Awards last night and I had the privilege and honor of presenting awards alongside musical artist Clay Page, and while backstage before I could blink twice another music legendary singer, songwriter, and record producer, Montell Jordon came to the stage and announced my name for winning Radio Personality of the Year. Thanks for voting me, thank you, David L Cook, the founder of the Guild, and thanks to Beasley Media Group for allowing me to bring radio shows to six radio stations in the southeast region. The Artists Music Guild does a lot in the community and created the Heritage Awards as an outlet to allow all forms of arts and entertainment to be recognized by their peers. David L Cook established this one of a kind outlet to help in the understanding, appreciation and to advance the contributions of the arts to American culture — from the artistic genius’ of the current day; to the technical legends of the past; and to those still unimagined artistic breakthroughs of future generations.
