Photo: People Are Fuming At A Clothing Brand Selling School Shooting Hoodies
WASHINGTON, DC - JUNE 20: An installation of 857 empty school desks, representing the number of students nationwide who are dropping out every hour of every school day, is on display at the National Mall June 20, 2012 in Washington, DC. The installation was presented by not-for-profit organization College Board to call upon presidential candidates who are running for the White House to make education a more prominent issue in the 2012 campaigns and put the nation’s schools back on track. This is pretty horrible, the fact a clothing line would even think about doing this is so disrespectful. “Bstroy” is the fashion line responsible for this and of course families, people involved and just people in general are mortified of this. Students that were involved are of course not happy and most of the hoodies say the school on the front of the hoodie. I don’t even know how someone would model this or buy it.
