Photo: Couple Finds ‘Civil War’ Cannonballs Walking Along “Folly Beach”

A couple in Folly Beach, S.C. wanted to stroll the beach in hopes to find something interesting after the Hurricane Dorian blew through. To their findings they came across apparent cannonballs that could have dated back to the civil war days. If you have been to the area you know that Ft. Sumter is not too far away and was involved in the Civil War. As they came across the relics they thought they were rocks. It’s pretty cool the history that gets washed a shore.
What’s the most interesting thing you found on the beach?
