This is officially the future.
Carolina Panthers fans, your days of print-at-home tickets are gone. Remember those days of printing out the tickets for a game (and then someone leaving them at home) well, say goodbye.
Football fans would previously scan their printed tickets at the gate, now they will be scanning their phone screens instead.
The goal this year is to get all fans using their smartphones to get through the gates. Ridding fan’s of their #1 fear: Fraudulent tickets. (I’ve been there it’s horrible) The new “moving, active bar code” that resets every 15 seconds, can’t even be screenshotted to get into the game.
If you don’t own a smartphone, you can call the team’s ticket office (704-358-7800) as early in advance as possible, and the Panthers will deal with your account on a case-by-case basis.
