Memorial Day Weekend Closings Around The Queen City

Remember Memorial Day is a time when we honor the memory of soldiers lost while protecting our country’s freedom.

Here is a list of what will be closed, and some ideas of what you can do to observe and celebrate this weekend here in Charlotte.

CLOSINGS On Memorial Day

  • Banks
  • Post office
  • State offices
  • ABC stores
  • Federal offices
  • Schools
  • Mecklenburg County offices

For those who use the CATS and Lynx systems, they will operate on Sunday schedule.
