Is spanking kids helpful or harmful?
As parents we tend to spank our kids when they have done wrong to correct them, and discipline them, but does this really help or does it make the situation worse?
It has now been determined that spanking kids not only makes the behavior worse than it was before, but it causes long-term harm, and makes kids more aggressive, and raises the risk of mental health issues.
Experiencing corporal punishment makes it more likely that children will be defiant, and aggressive in the future.
