Light the Night Walk
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society present their Light the Night Walk on Saturday, November 10.
The Light the Night Walk held by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is an event that’s goal is to bring light to the darkness of cancer by funding lifesaving research and support for people battling cancer. The event is a evening of inspirational and memorable experiences filled with music, fireworks and empowering ceremonies honoring survivors and remembering those we have lost. All participants carry a lantern that is one of three colors; white for patients & survivors, red for supporters and yellow in memory of someone. For more information about the event, click here.
Light the Night Walk registration is free, but walkers are encouraged to raise funds to support the mission. All funds raised benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in their research and fight against cancer. The walk is Saturday, November 10 at Romare Bearden Park from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
