The Real Reason Jelena Is Taking A Break
The newly reunited couple has split once again.
According to US Weekly, Selena and Justin split because of Selena’s family. Remember when they rekindled their flame and Selena’s family didn’t approve? Yeah, well they still haven’t warmed up to the thought of Selena being back with Biebz.
“Selena and Justin decided to take a break mainly because of Selena’s mom and her disapproval of Justin…Selena’s family has put her in a very conflicting spot because they still don’t trust Justin,” an insider says. “Selena has tried to convince her family that Justin has changed … but her family just isn’t budging right now.”
The conflict has been super hard on Selena because it has “affected her relationship with her mom,” according to the insider. Obviously, it’s going to take Momma Gomez some time to warm up to the idea that Biebz has actually changed for the better.
As for Selena, she’s focusing on her health and her relationship with her family. Hopefully, the fam warms up to Bieber soon!
