Man’s Halloween Decoration Has Neighbors Calling The Cops!

Is there ever going too far while decorating for Halloween? Maybe these day’s it’s a little hard to put stuff outside of your house that looks deadly? Halloween is by far my favorite time of the year (besides my bday). I have seen some pretty good decor while driving around my neighborhood, but nothing like this.
