He made headlines when we were kids for being an adorable actor, but now he can’t stop making headlines for his poor decisions.

We’ve been keeping up with Shia Labeouf since last weekend after he got arrested in Savannah, Georgia for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. While in custody a video has surfaced showing him threatening to kill a cop with his gun.

The actor has admitted he’s hit rock bottom and is now apologizing for his actions.“I am deeply ashamed of my behavior and make no excuses for it,” Shia said. “My outright disrespect for authority is problematic to say the least, and completely destructive to say the worst.” He also stated “I have been struggling with addiction publicly for too long, and I am actively taking steps toward securing my sobriety and hope I can be forgiven for my mistakes.”

After this video made it’s rounds on the Internet, LaBeouf went to Twitter for his apology

Shia has been in Georgia filming a movie. He went back on set Monday and has been working ever since. We’ll keep you posted.
