Bachelorette parties are either the greatest time ever or totally blow – there never seems to be an in-between.

Now, it’s been a long time since I have had or been to a Bachorlette Party but if you’re planning one, you know the pressure’s on. So how can you guarantee you’re throwing the GOAT bachelorette for the bride you love?

According to Bustle , you can throw a baller Bachelorette Weekend if you follow these tips.

  • Don’t make assumptions.

Ask the bride what she wants and also talk to those going on the bach. Communication is key.

  • Start planning early and be transparent about the budget.

It’ll give you enough time to talk to the bride, the others going, research where and what you’re doing, etc. One to three months is typically a good amount of time.

Try to be understanding and accommodating as much as you can.

  • Ask lots of questions.

This should include asking everyone for their budget and energy levels. Again, you don’t want to assume.

  • Include downtime in the itinerary and create a one-shot policy.

You’ll have the fun stuff of course but makes sure there’s time for people to relax.

Getting super drunk can ruin the vibes and create uncomfortable situations.

  • Think outside the box.

A bach party doesn’t have to be a spa day, big dinner, bar crawl. It can be laser tag or something unique.

  • Take frequent temperature checks.

If the group seems pretty go-with-the-flow, you don’t need an iron-clad itinerary. Pay attention to everyone’s vibes.

  • Stay organized with a Google doc.

If the bride especially is Type A, get that Google doc going.
