Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Partners Teams Up With Netflix For Multi-Film Deal
Amblin Partners, a production company led by Steven Spielberg, has announced a multi-film deal with Netflix.
The deal involves producing multiple films per year. This means we could be seeing a lot more work done by Steven Spielberg on Netflix very very soon!
The two companies have already collaborated on several movies. The most recent include “The Trial of the Chicago 7” and “Maestro” starring Bradley Cooper.
Ted is Ted Sarandos, Netflix’s co-CEO and chief content officer. He was quoted saying, “We cannot wait to get to work with the Amblin team and we are honored and thrilled to be part of this chapter of Steven’s cinematic history.”
And Scott is Scott Stuber, Netflix’s head of global film. He gave a statement also: “We look forward to working with Steven, Jeff and the entire Amblin family on a new slate of films that will delight generations for years to come.”
Amblin’s next film is West Side Story, coming out in December.
