‘Gilligan’s Island’ Star Dawn Wells Has Passed Away From COVID-19
Dawn Wells, famously known as Mary Ann from Gilligan’s Island, has passed away. Per TMZ, the beloved actress died from COVID-19 on Wednesday (12/29).
Dawn was one of the two surviving members of Gilligan’s Island. Tina Louise, who played Ginger, is now the only cast member alive. The show aired from 1964 to 1967.
Besides playing Mary Ann on Gilligan’s Island, Wells starred in over 150 shows and movies, including The Wild Wild West and Bonanza. She also performed on Broadway.
Dawn Wells was 82-years-old.
