Two Meck County Sheriff K9 Officers Are Officially Retiring Today
Oh, my heart! Who’s rubbing onions in my eyes!?
Two Mecklenburg County K-9 officers will officially retire today (8/5/20)! Their names are Bandit & Nilz. They’ve been with their Meck. County sheriffs since May 2012. The pups were trained in police procedures that could make the dogs act aggressively, so they will be given to deputies within the department.
We are so very proud of Bandit & Nilz!
May you good dogs get all the treats & belly rubs & live the rest of your life peacefully <3
Meck County Sheriff K9 Officers Bandit and Nilz will officially retire Wednesday. Both were acquired May 2012 and will be transferred to MCSO deputies.
